I finally watched the whole season six of 24 on DVD, which I bought recently. I love that show. I hate to think of how long it might be before I get to see season seven.
Also finished all the shopping for Christmas gifts; the last gift was bought tonight. I’m glad that’s done! I have my grocery list printed out and ready to be taken to the grocery store where I’ll buy the Christmas dinner items. The list is long. I’ve decided to add a couple of new things to the dinner this year, including a fruit punch that sounded really good, and a baked pineapple stuffing. I’m also going to make some potato candy, which is really tasty:)
After Thanksgiving, I thought there was no way I’d be ready for turkey and cornbread dressing again, but here I am, definitely ready;) I can’t wait until Christmas. We’re going to open the stockings on Christmas Eve, and the presents on Christmas morning. I hope it’s snowing, with the scent of roasting turkey in the air, and lots of presents to open, and alternating It’s a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story in the DVD player. Have I mentioned that I love this time of year?:)
I’ll get back to concentrating on Legend now that I don’t have 24 distracting me. It’s also just such a busy time of year, but even if I write a thousand words a day, I’ll be happy. It’s driving me nuts not to write on the other stories I’ve got going on, but I am making myself only write on Legend. Gotta get it done!
